The research on Ibrance is not great. Pfizer is really hyping it to docs, but the ratio of side effect to addition to sx progression free time doesn't balance well. In retrospect, neither does my sentence. 😂

There have been a lot of moments like that for me. I have realized I was too trusting of authorities in my field.
